The First Meeting
When quoting for new equipment or appliances we always aim to best meet our customers needs, as every home and customer is different, we do not offer a one option fits all service. We will visit the site as soon as possible to ensure we can see all aspects of the job ahead.
The Products We Install?
We recommend products based on our hands on experience with them, mainly with products we have in our own homes.
For boilers we specialise in installing Vaillant boilers as we feel these offer the best full system solutions for our customers, what this means is their products are designed to work together to allow more control and greater efficiency. With that the potential to save over the lifetime of the system.
However we can and will fit other manufactures boilers, once again based on the needs of our customers. We can offer warranties of up to 10 years on some models.
With every boiler install a magnetic filter will be fitted.
Why Install a Filter?
Sludge is the number 1 cause of boiler breakdowns.
It forms when corrosion builds up inside your home’s heating system and settles in your radiators, causing massively inconvenient breakdowns and expensive repairs. Magnetic filters capture this sludge and along with a chemical treatment protect your heating system.
This is now a building regulations requirement on all new boiler installations, however we recommend one is installed all systems.
Do You Install Smart Controls?
When it is appropriate and will benefit our customers we will fit smart controls.
However in some cases a different controller will work best for the home and customer in question, this will be discussed during the site visit. Our recommendation is to install the Nest Learning Thermostats when appropriate.
When a Vaillant heating system is installed we will always recommend Vaillant controls to ensure the maximum potential of the system.
